Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time is after 1.00 pm and Check out time is at 12 noon.

Between 12.00 pm and 6.00 pm half day charges will be applicable. After 6.00 pm full day charges will be applicable.

Extra Bed Policy

Extra bed is available in some rooms (on request and availability) for an additional US$ 11 Net

Reservations Policy

In order to confirm a reservation, we require 100% of the total guest stay to be paid in advance. A valid credit card or deposit of full funds is required.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation of booking (subject to bank charges only) up to 7 days prior to arrival. Reservation not cancelled before 7 days of the date of arrival, or reservation cut short midway through a stay, will have the full charge applied. No shows will be charged in full for their confirmed reservation.

Smoking Policy

Smoking will not be allowed in any of the bedrooms or common indoor areas of the property. Smoking will be permitted only in the outdoor common areas where it will not be an inconvenience to other guests.
